The JOOLA Tezzo series is founded on the principles of feeling and touch. The name originates from Tezawari, a Japanese word, which centers upon a pleasant feeling. These blades were not developed with a focus on attaining maximum speed or power, but rather on creating a softer tactile experience so that players of all skill levels feel comfortable right away.
To achieve this, we created four blades with forgiving Limba top layers to bring more stability and better feeling to every player’s game.
These blades have already been adopted by several of Team JOOLA’s national team players, such as Vitor Ishy of Brazil and Deni Kozul of Slovenia. Players ranging from the amateur level all the way to the highest professional tier can appreciate the properties of our JOOLA Tezzo blades.
Recognized by its pale color and darker grain, LIMBA is a soft and durable wood. The Limba outer veneers provide excellent feeling and a higher trajectory on your shots. The increased feedback and control is perfect for modern topspin play. An added bonus of Limba is its great acoustic properties. It creates an extremely satisfying sound that’ll remind you of your love for the game.
The JOOLA Tezzo Guardian Table Tennis Blade holds its ground in battle. Expect superb consistency, optimal control, and excellent feeling from the blade’s all-wood composition. The flexible 7-ply composition, consisting of Limba outer veneers and Ayous layers, adds a sting on attack.
AYOUS is the perfect choice for crafting a lightweight 7-ply blade. The wood’s larger pores result in a softer touch. Due to its lightness, elasticity, and excellent strength-to-weight ratio, it’s well-balanced and capable of producing shots with reliable control.
The JOOLA Tezzo Paladin Table Tennis Blade leads the way with tempered wisdom. Its unique, soft inner layer 3K-sc allows for high vibrational feel and exceptional blade flex. With a 5+2 ply composition, including Limba top layers, the JOOLA Tezzo Paladin pairs perfectly with firmer rubbers to create a soft yet springy effect for greater ease of play.
A softer variant of the JOOLA 3K-c Carbon fiber, the 3K-sc offers more vibration feel in shot feedback and a higher level of blade flex. This helps create a greater spring effect in blades whilst maintaining a softer Carbon feeling.

The inner layers of KL-c and outer veneers of Limba work together in this 5+2 ply blade to create a solid, yet reliable, trampoline effect. Best known for its use in bulletproof body armor, lightweight KL is able to soften hard blows. It is this characteristic that when woven together with CARBON, helps to create a balanced stroke with shocking levels of accuracy and control. The use of KL-c as inner layers maintains the blade's stiffness while providing an even softer touch and additional control.
The fastest and most powerful blade of the Tezzo series, the JOOLA Tezzo Spartan Table Tennis Blade is a force to be reckoned with. With a 5+2 ply composition consisting of a solid Kiri core and KL-c outer layers, this blade offers crisp and direct contact and is shielded by Limba top layers to maintain optimal touch.
Lightweight KL is woven together with CARBON to create the KL-c. This combination softens up the hard touch of the CARBON and gives the blade a larger sweet spot. Capable of sensitive topspin play, this favored KL-c composite material has the ideal balance of speed, accuracy, and control.
